Don’t forget to incorporate downdraft ventilation if you go this route. For a safer cooking environment, you can opt for an induction cooktop, which only heats up the surfaces that come in contact with metal, providing a flame-free environment.
Ranges & Ovens
When it comes to ranges and ovens, the options are endless. Some options include dual-fuel, standard vs. convection, one oven or two, and so on. If your kitchen is used for family gatherings or entertaining, you may want to incorporate a warming drawer.
