Finding the Right Contractor
The family had been in contact with over 5 contractors throughout the remodeling process. Waterfront restrictions in Maryland vary from county to county. Parker’s team was deeply knowledgeable which was a huge time saver when applying for permits and staying on schedule. They took a small 1100 square foot home, gave it an open floor plan with two bedrooms plus an office. Chris’s expertise in both design and construction enabled him to work within the family’s budget to give them a fabulous custom looking kitchen with affordable materials. Every inch of the home was utilized to be functional and beautiful.
